I installed Ubuntu 18.04 (AMD 64bit) few days ago.
It works correctly, but sometimes Ubuntu hangs for 3-6 sec and the screen collapses like this
After that, I have to press the power button to restart my desktop.
My Desktop Spec:
- Motherboard: asustek M4N68T-M-v2
- Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X2 560
Monitor: Samsung syncmaster SA10

To me that looks like an issue with the video/graphics card drivers, have you tried updating these drivers?
