I couldn't find any other reference to this sort of issue, so I'm hoping someone here might be able to help me.
For a while now, I've been noticing slow downs when I change a which window is on top. Currently I'm doing a lot of web dev stuff, so when I tab out of my IDE to a browser, the mouse will not register that the refresh icon is a button, and an F5 will actually execute on my IDE. I have to wait a second or two in order for the browser to now register as the top page.
This is incredibly annoying, and it happens across all windows. I'll move back to my IDE and try to scroll down it, only to have another window appear. I'll press keys and have them execute in the window not on top.
Hopefully someone's seen this, as I have no idea what to do. My focus settings are on the default (that being, whichever window is on top has focus), but besides that, I don't know of any other settings that relate.
Thanks in advance.
