Yuki Nagasato (Atsugi, 15 de julio de 1987) es una futbolista japonesa que en la actualidad juega como delantera en el Chelsea FC de la FA Women's Super League.


Comenzó su carrera en 2002 en el NTV Beleza, con el que ganó tres ligas japonesas. En 2004 debutó con la selección japonesa absoluta.[1]​


En 2009 fichó por el Turbine Potsdam alemán, con el que ganó una Champions League y dos Bundesligas. Fue la máxima goleadora de la Bundesliga 2013 con 18 goles. Durante esta etapa también ganó el Mundial 2011 y una plata en los Juegos Olímpicos de Londres.[2]​


En julio de 2013 fichó por el Chelsea.[3]​
Ahora está jugando en la NWSL con Chicago Red Stars


Tiene dos hermanos futbolistas. A fecha de febrero de 2014, su hermano mayor Genki juega en el Ratchaburi FC tailandés, y su hermana pequeña Asano en el Turbine Potsdam.
