I'm trying to config a static IP address for my tap device.

When I run the debugging tool I get this error: Error in network definition /etc/netplan/50-cloud-init.yaml line 12 column 18: expected mapping

Heres the yaml file/ and yes i've messed around with indentation

This file is generated from information provided by

the datasource. Changes to it will not persist across an instance.

To disable cloud-init's network configuration capabilities, write a file

/etc/cloud/cloud.cfg.d/99-disable-network-config.cfg with the following:

network: config: disabled

network:
version: 2
ethernets:
ztyqbwvud4:
addresses: [192.168.1.254/24]
dhcp4: True
gateway4: 192.168.1.1
nameservers:
addresses: [8.8.8.8,8.8.8.4]
