I am running Ubuntu 16.04 on Windows Vista 64 bit OS. I have tried to upgrade to 18.04 - Upgrade seems to download successfully, but will not start up.
Next burned a DVD.iso disc to boot up. Installation appeared successful, but again would not start up.Everything seemed fine both cases until final start up when screen progressing dots just froze up and stopped.
My computer is a Dell Optiplex 360 mfgr'd July 2009.
Any help would be appreciated. THANKS.
