Pichari es una ciudad en Perú central, capital del distrito de Pichari, Provincia de La Convención, Región del Cuzco. Esta localizado sobre el lado de este del río Apurímac, sólo aproximadamente 3 kilómetros de la ciudad Sivia, la capital del Distrito de Sivia en Provincia de Huanta, Departamento de Ayacucho, del otro lado del río.


En esta localidad se encuentra el cuartel general de la IV División de Ejército.[1]​[2]​
