I had windows 10 along with kali Linux . I decided to increase the partition size for Kali so I increased it via disk management in windows 10. Further I re-installed Kali Linux but this time don't know why grub bootloader didn't show up and directly windows 10 will open. I Opened the BIOS setting and opened live Kali using flash drive. I tried to install grub using the terminals but it didn't worked. In the BIOS there was an option in the drive section (where we choose the flash drive) as Kali when I opened it it opens the grub rescue mode. I tried to get out of it but I can't locate the grub file . So I turned the device of and opened it again. It directly went to windows 10 . I changed the boot order from the BIOS and now I can't even go to windows. I have tried almost every method I have seen but it won't work. Is there any way I can get past this grub rescue mode without losing the data on windows.
