I install nvidia and it works fine. But after I reboot my laptop and play again the fps from 75-100 it went to 10-25. and I fix this by reinstalling nvidia drivers. But then again after I reboot my laptop it went 10-25 fps again.

Help! Thanks.

also, I already remove irqbalance.

  • I check the recommended by typing ubuntu-drivers devices in terminal then add the repositories then apt install nvidia. it works fine I played 3 games to be exact and rebooted my laptop then when I tried to play again it went 10-25 fps

  • You probably don't need PPA (and you can easily choose the recommended version with the GUI Additional Drivers). Please edit the question and post the exact Nvidia model and the exact Nvidia drivers version.
