Limita al Norte y al Este con la provincia de Tambopata, y al Sur y al Este con el departamento de Cusco.



División administrativa


La provincia tiene una extensión de 27 835,17 kilómetros cuadrados y está dividida en cuatro distritos:

  • Madre de Dios

  • Huepetuhe

La provincia tiene una población aproximada de 18 000 habitantes.
