Phelekezela Mphoko (Gwizane, Rhodesia del Sur, 11 de junio de 1940) es un político, diplomático, empresario y comandante militar zimbabuense quién ha ejercido el cargo de primer vicepresidente de Zimbabue desde noviembre de 2017. Desde el 21 de noviembre de 2017, funge como presidente interino de Zimbabue luego de la dimisión de presidente Robert Mugabe. La renuncia fue provocada por un golpe de Estado y el inicio de un proceso de juicio político contra el presidente en el Parlamento de Zimbabue. Antes de ocupar el puesto de primer vicepresidente, Mphoko se desempeñó como segundo vicepresidente desde 2014 hasta 2017, y como embajador de Zimbabue en Rusia, Botswana y Sudáfrica.
