El artista Jose Luis Cuevas nació el 26 de febrero.



  • 26 de febrero: José Luis Cuevas, pintor y escultor originario de la Ciudad de México. Falleció en 2017.


  • 1 de mayo: Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas Solórzano, Jefe de gobierno del Distrito Federal de 1997 a 2000 y Gobernador de Michoacán de 1980 a 1986. Tres veces candidato a la presidencia de la república.


  • 15 de junio: Rubén Aguirre, actor de comedia e ingeniero agrónomo originario de Saltillo, conocido por haber interpretado al Profesor Jirafales en el Chavo del 8. Fallecó en 2016.


  • 12 de septiembre: Ana Bertha Lepe, Modelo y actriz de la época de oro del cine mexicano. Falleció en 2013.


  • 12 de diciembre: Miguel de la Madrid Hurtado, Presidente de México entre 1982 y 1988.

  • 10 de octubre: Francisco C. Canale. Médico, traductor y académico sonorense. Nació en 1873.[1]​


  • 30 de diciembre: María de la Luz Cirenia Camacho González, laica y tercera franciscana asesinada por los camisas rojas en Coyoacán. Nació en 1907.
