The ? means that although you may have gotten connected to your network, you have no Internet connectivity. Are you connecting with ethernet or wireless? Is this a new install, or an upgrade? Did this ever work for you? Edit your question and show mesudo lshw -C network. Report back. Start comments to me with @heynnema
