Pratt & Miller Engineering and Fabrication es una compañía fundada por Gary Pratt y Jim Miller en 1989.
Pratt & Miller es uno de los equipos oficiales de General Motors desde 1999 y han sido la llave del desarrollo del Chevrolet Corvette C5-R. Actualmente, Pratt & Miller construye, mantiene y corre el equipo Corvette Racing de la United SportsCar Championship con el Chevrolet Corvette C7.R como también el Team Cadillac CTS-Vs de la Speed World Challenge. La compañía también construye y mantiene los Pontiac GTO y Pontic GXP de los equipos de la Grand-Am. La compañía también hizo su trabajo en el desarrollo del Qvale Mangusta y el Ford GT.


Desde su alianza con General Motors, Pratt & Miller han ganado numerosos campeonatos y carreras. Corvette Racing han ganado siete veces las 24 Horas de Le Mans en su clase. También han ganado las 24 Horas de Daytona en el 2001 y diez campeonato de equipos de la clase GTS / GT1 / GT de la American Le Mans Series. El Team Cadillac ganó la Speed World Challenge en su temporada debut, mientras The Racer's Group corriendo un Pontiac GTO ganó la Rolex Sports Car Series en 2006.
