Mutabbel.


Mutabbel es un plato tradicional de la cocina siria y libanesa que consiste en un puré de berenjenas mezclada con sal, pimienta, aceite de oliva, tahini y semillas de anar. Se suele decir que el moutabel es una versión más especiada que el baba ghannouj. Se suele comer con un pan plano (tipo shami) y sin ningún cubierto, es uno de los platos que suele aparecer en los típicos meze.
