La Diócesis de Houma-Thibodaux (en latín: Dioecesis Humensis-Thibodensis, en inglés: Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux) es la diócesis católica de las ciudades de Houma-Thibodaux, Luisiana (Estados Unidos). El actual jefe de la diócesis es el obispo Shelton Joseph Fabre. La sede de la diócesis es la Catedral de San Francisco de Sales y la Catedral de San José de Thibodaux.[1]​

La Diócesis de Houma-Thibodaux es sufragánea de la Arquidiócesis de Nueva Orleans. Dentro de la provincia eclesiástica de Nueva Orleans, la diócesis cubre un total de 9062 km². Alrededor de 120 691 (2006) católicos viven en la jurisdicción de la Diócesis.
