Possible off-topic question. Linux Mint is not Ubuntu, nor an official flavor of Ubuntu thus off-topic on this site. (askubuntu.com/help/on-topic) You'll need to ask on a Linux Mint site, or SE's Unix & Linux site which is not distribution/flavor limited (unix.stackexchange.com)

Here's a guide to Clean install ubuntu.
PS: gave you -1
for cluttered question, also it's a duplicate.
And I linked an ubuntu tutorial because you asked in an ubuntu forum, but the steps are exactly same for linux mint.
