I am using Samsung RV513 laptop.
I recently installed Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and was working fine. Then I reinstalled Windows 7. After a few days, I reinstalled Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
Now whenever I start laptop, it gives error as
Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Media in selected Boot device and press a key
To boot in Ubuntu, I have to visit BIOS settings by pressing F2 key before this error message shows and select SATA : SAMSUNG HM321HI from Boot Override list as shown in image below. Then It boots in Ubuntu successfully.
Boot Override
Also there is no windows even it is showing Windows Boot Manager in Boot Override and selecting Ubuntu next to Windows Boot Manager does nothing.
How to solve this problem ?
Boot Priority Order
1. SATA HDD : SAMSUNG HM321HI
2. SATA CD : SlimtypeDVD A DS8A8SH
3. USB KEY : N/A
4. USB CD : N/A
5. USB FDD : N/A
6. USB HDD : N/A

Please run the Boot Info Script. This will generate a file calledRESULTS.txt. Post that file to a pastebin site and post the URL to your document here. This will give us more details about your configuration, which is required to base an answer on more than guesswork.

Here is a link you can see how to manage the boot order
http://www.howtogeek.com/129815/beginner-geek-how-to-change-the-boot-order-in-your-computers-bios/
And just make the correct hard-drive to be the 1st.
