La Carretera San Juan de Marcona-Iñapari, oficialmente PE-30[1]​ es la denominación que se le conoce a la eje transversal en el sur del Perú. Tiene una longitud de 1367.62 km de vía parcialmente asfaltada. La vía recorre los departamentos de Ica, Ayacucho, Apurímac, Cuzco y Madre de Dios.


La ruta forma parte de la interoceánica que conecta Perú con Brasil.

La vía recorre las provincia de Nazca en Ica; Lucanas y Páucar del Sara Sara en Ayacucho; Aymaraes y Abancay en el Apurímac. Actualmente la vía se encuentra pavimentada.
Su recorrido se distribuye de la manera siguiente:[2]​
Empalme PE-1S (Vista Alegre) - Huallhua - Abra Condorcencca - Lucanas - Puquio - Abra Yauriviri - Negromayo - Pampamarca - Abra Huashuaaccasa - Abra Occe Occe - Abra Chicurumi - Dv. Caraybamba - Chalhuanca - Pte. Cuyca - Dv. Huayllo - Pte. Santa Rosa - Pte. Antarumi - Pte. Casinchinhua - EMP. PE-3S (Puente Sahuinto)
