The below "Connection" switch is greyed out for any kind of Bluetooth device. All of them work in connection with my Android device (i.e. the devices are not broken).

    im facing the same problem, whenever i repair my connection; it resolves my problem but temporarily; like while re-starting computer from Windows to Ubuntu the problem re-appears, i have to repair again each time.
