How to reset disk creator in 19.04. It doesn't work nor detects the ISO image. Plus, all other apps available in Software won't work either. Dual boot with Ten or not. This bug has been there for more than a month.

Apps available for creating a disk image. There are a few of them in Software. No ISO detection, must go outside Ubuntu in Mint installer to proceed.
