So i installed ubuntu 18.10 on my laptop and the biggest issue that is bothering me is usb peripheral takes like 5 to 10 seconds to start working, in windows i connect the mouse and it start works instantaneously, and ubuntu i have to wait around 5 to 10 seconds, same with external keyboard, are there any solution?
