The tweaks tool is something I first grab (but it's package name varies on release; as 16.04 LTS & before used Unity, 18.04 LTS & later use GNOME). A great resource I recommend is Software-Boutique (from Ubuntu-MATE but works in any flavor), so have a look at askubuntu.com/questions/1058304/…
