I bought a pci usb3.0 hub and it does not appear to be working. I have it all plugged in, it shows up as 03:00.0 USB controller [0c03]: Renesas Technology Corp. uPD720201 USB 3.0 Host Controller [1912:0014] (rev 03) when i run lspci -nn but i have my external harddrive bay plugged into it and it is not showing up in file explorer. When i plug it into a usb port on the mother board it shows up no problem. i am running ubuntu 18 so usb 3.0 support should be no problem
