By operating a mailing list using a combination of postfix with fml via a transmission port, postfix sends a burst of mails to the ISP's mail server. Because of this high rate sending action, the ISP's server rejects the mails. Is there any ways to reduce the rate of sending mails from our postfix/fml so that the ISP's mail can accept our mails from the mailing list program.
